What paper are the prints made on?

Every print is made on Hahnemühle Photo Rag Baryta 315, a fine art paper with a smooth surface, subtle sheen and deep, rich blacks. It's made to last.

What is giclée printing?

Giclée is a fine art inkjet process that uses pigment-based inks to reproduce fine detail and a wide range of colours. On Hahnemühle Photo Rag Baryta, it gives prints with depth and long-lasting colour.

How does the sizing work?

Each photograph is available in four sizes: 21x30cm, 45×30 cm, 60×40 cm and 75×50 cm. Sizes refer to the image. Every print has a 2 cm white border around it, included in the final size.

Are the prints framed?

No, prints are sold unframed so you can choose a frame that suits your space. The 2 cm border makes framing easier and leaves room to use a mat if you like.

Are the prints signed?

Yes. Each print is signed by me and comes with a certificate of authenticity. Everything is packed carefully by hand before it leaves.

Yes. Every print includes a certificate of authenticity, signed by me, confirming the title of the photograph, the size and the paper.

How are the prints shipped, and how long does it take?

Prints are produced to order and shipped from Portugal, carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition. Please allow 5 business days for production, plus 5 business days for delivery.

Do I need to pay customs fees if I order from outside the EU?

Within the EU there are no extra fees. For orders to countries outside the EU (such as the UK or the US), import duties or taxes may apply on arrival. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the price.

What if my print arrives damaged, or I want to return it?

We are unable to provide a replacement or a refund based on a change of mind. Please review your order carefully before placing the order, as it can't be changed once it's sent to production. 

In the unlikely event that your order arrices damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery.
